How long do I have to make a return?

You have 15 days to make a return. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received at the warehouse that the item came from, and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are returning an item over £50 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Kindly ensure that all returns are thoroughly reviewed before shipping. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for the return of products that are not from IMKOLOR.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Swimming Costumes

● Lingerie

● Underwear

● Jewellery and Beauty Products

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. First time UK, Australia, Canada or USA customer? Your first return (one item only) is FREE if you let us know within 5 working days after receiving your purchase, an admin fee of £1.99 will be charged.

Returning Customers

After that or if you are returning customer, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping, packaging and admin costs (£3.99) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund Timeline

If your returned items meet the return criteria and are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Final Sale items and free gifts can't be returned.

Returns Address

Please do not send your return to the address on your package or to our head office London address doing so may delay the refund as we will be unable to receive the shipment or it may be misplaced. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return. As we work with different warehouses, the return address for your purchase will have to be confirmed by us. 

I received my items, but they are damaged/defective, what do I do?

We want to sort out any issues with wrong/defective/stained items straightaway. As soon as you discover a wrong/defective/stained item, please contact our Customer Service with:

1. The order number

2. Your name and address

3. A description of the problems and clear photos of the items. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

I received my items, but I am not satisfied with them, what do I do?
