IMKOLOR Shipping & Delivery
IMKOLOR works with international warehouses based in Asia, America, Europe and the Middle East. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse when possible, although the majority of stock is located in China so you may receive different packages for the same order.
When will I receive my order?
Please be aware that next day delivery is NOT available.
Premium Products-designed by an in-house designer and only found in IMKOLOR - are dispatched from our European warehouse and this will have an extra flat cost of £3.99. Premium products are easy to find as they have (PP) in the product title.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order; and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes outside of our control.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.
Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Please note that most of your items will arrive within 7-14 working days; however, at times shipping might be delayed for reasons out of our control so we estimate your items to be received within 21 working days. We use a trackable delivery service so your items are safe. In the event that your package does not arrive after 28 working days after shipment, please notify us. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
